Guy DeMarco v. Holy Cross High School -- New York Law Journal  (Sept. 3, 1993). The Court restored a lay teacher’s claim of age discrimination against his parochial employer.

Rev. Dr. Edward J. Werring v. State University of New York at Farmingdale -- Assisted in Plaintiff’s recovery for failure to promote on claim of retaliatory discrimination.
